We are committed to providing the finest wellness products available anywhere and hope you will be delighted with them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfi ed in any way with your Melaleuca products, simply return the product/s within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange.

Refer to the Statement of Policies and Defi nitions of Terms policy 6 for further details.
What is the process for returning products?
All products or materials must be returned to Melaleuca with shipping pre-paid by the customer. If shipping and handling has not been paid for it will be deducted from the refund amount.
Melaleuca will charge back all commissions, bonuses and rebates paid by Melaleuca relating to the purchases of the returned products.
When returning your package, please include your Customer ID number, full name, address, telephone number, original invoice and reason for your return. You should also nominate whether you would like us to exchange your product/s, place a credit on your account for future use, or refund your purchase. We will endeavour to process your return within five days of receipt however please allow up to 21 days for receipt.
Marketing Executives who have cancelled their Independent Marketing Executive Agreements will be charged a 10% restocking fee on their returns.
